Airborne Technologies´next big thing

Airborne Technologies proudly announces that they are a fully EASA Part 21 Subpart G, Production Oranisation (Approval No: AT.21G.0021). After being certified as a Design Organisation, Airborne Technologies now holds the EASA POA approval in hands. This important and internationally recognized certification authorizes Airborne Technologies to issue official release certificates (EASA Form 1) for products, parts or appliances without further evidence.

The legitimacy to produce and approve metal/non-metal parts of various materials, electromechanical components, cable looms and carbon composite parts on their own makes Airborne Technologies self-sufficient and independent of subcontractors. This means that the customer benefits from much more flexibility and faster implementation of their requirements.

Wolfgang Grumeth, CEO of Airborne Technologies, said: “It is a hard way from the foundation of a company to an organization fulfilling all authority standards. That´s why we are even more proud to unite all production-relevant skills under one single roof complying with the specifications and regulations that make up a modern production organization. This will further expand our business opportunities, since subcontracting wasn´t always allowed and the missing POA was a reason of exclusion in many tenders. Last but not least I want to thank the Austria Control POA team around Mr. Martin Krenn, which has supported us always constructive and focussed during this comprehensive and demanding process.”
